This is the perfect sized nightstand for smaller rooms. I really enjoy the feature where it lights up when you get up near it. Any time I have to use the restroom in the middle of the night I don’t have to worry about turning on a light to see. I also enjoy customizing the color based on my mood. It has a luxurious feel without the hefty price tag. The only downside was that it was kind of a pain to put together. Luckily I didn’t have to do so, would recommend having someone else put it together and save on the frustration.

Well considering these cost $40 which is a ridiculous price, it was worth the extra effort to assemble. Packing A+, best packing aI have ever seen! It was perfect, packed in molded foam wrapped with foam beautiful. Shipping great! Inventory list A+, instructions A+ went together quickly with drawings, until the end when the drawers would not close all the way. I thought I had done something wrong so took it apart and reassembled the table. Nope it was a factory error. Drawers would not close, 1" stuck out on both drawers. So since I was now tired and my back was starting to seize up, I took the drawers out and looked to see why they wouldn't shut. On the sliding drawer bracket is a little lip at the back to keep the drawer from hanging into the back of the table, it has a plastic cap on it. Rather than assemble again for a third time, I grabbed my pliers, pulled off the plastic caps and knocked down the little metal lip so it was flat. Then I had a piece of foam tape, put a little piece at the back of each drawer where the bracket would hit and Bingo, the drawers close all the way and are flush with the front of the table!. Now that you know about this from the beginning don't be afraid to buy these. They look very unique and quite stylish for so little money. I show a photo of my living room so you can see how well my Amazon showroom is coming together!  Today I assembled the second end table and just want to add a couple of tips. #1 if you use a battery drill turn your speed down.  #2 put your dowels in right before lowering the piece onto the cam bolts, put the cam locks in after you get the pieces together. The dowels and cams are very lose and will just keep falling out. These cam locks were great and really tighten like no others I have used. #3 when you attach the drawers to the finished table, make sure you flattened out the piece at the end of the slider so the drawers close all the way!, pull the sliders out before inserting the drawers, your 1st screw goes into the oval hole right at the drawer front, then you will have to make your second hole yourself, use a drill put the screw on the bit and screw into the last oval slot. It goes in easily. I added a third screw too since you can't access a hole towards the back of the drawer just to hold the weight.  It's a design glitch but knowing ahead of time eliminates the confusion and the drawers work perfectly.  They are worth this extra step and look really great.  Tip to manufacturers:  You should include a little glue for the dowels, and some brown laminate circles to cover the visible cam bolt locks.

The two pics I included were to show theres a middle support to the cabinet/center.  I was impressed by its construction.  The instruction manual was all kinds of jacked up. Pages were not missing but in wrong order.Only IMPORTANT thing im going to impress on you!!!!!!!!!  !!!!!!!!!  !!!!!!!!!!!MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE SUPPORT FLOOR MOUNT FACING OUTWARD (panel h, pic) Check its facing correct direction!!!!!!!!!!!!  !!!!!!!!!!  !!!!!!!!!!I installed it forward,towards the middle which,when you get to it is at the end. You have to take it back apart to fix. Its how the post (computer swingout arm) attaches to the base.Everything else is quite easy. Use a drill to run in [ DO NOT USE DRILL TO SNUG ] Hand tighten. Theres some play in panels while loose. They tighten up fine. Plastics are suitable but not strong enough for drill usage. Completed project is as illustrated.  The light features are very cool! Very happy with purchase. Usb and "c" type ports are very handy!I feel that the swing arm will only support a laptop or tablet in weight. Not designed to hold lamps or other weights. Youll need to hand tighten those screws so it doesn't  tip out.RECOMMENDED  !!!
